Welcome to The Neighborhood
Our mission is to produce and support community-led initiatives that connect neighbors to each other, their environment, and beneficial resources that improve their quality of life.
We curate experiences that enable neighbors to meet, greet, and establish trust.
Our vision is to "rebuild the village" by transforming Baltimore city neighborhoods into thriving communities in which neighbors become friends that work together to solve communal problems and support one another through individual challenges.
Our approach to transforming neighborhoods into thriving communities relies heavily on partnerships with residents and existing neighborhood organizations. We also provide fiscal sponsorship to residents and community organizations that align with our mission.
Our programs focus on the following
Community Building
Education
Food Equity
Recreation
Safety
Senior Care
Youth Engagement
Personal and Professional Development

Neighborhood Initiatives
Cleaner Greener Safer
Recognizing the enormity of the challenges our society faces, N Life Inc is dedicated to making a lasting impact through our neighborhood initiatives. While our efforts are driven by our organization’s mission, we spread a wide net by investing in a variety of progressive strategies. Studies show that a 10% increase in clean green spaces results in a 12% reduction in crime, which is why we recommend that every neighborhood association incorporates our initiatives into their community maintenance plan.

Baltimore Clean Streets
Neighborhood Clean-Up Initative
We've partnered with Baltimore Clean Streets to address several areas of community development including environmental health, youth employment and civic engagement. We provide the logistical oversight, the tools and a small stipend to any young person ages 12 and up that wants to work each weekend. We are providing a tangible incentive for young people to work and participate in cleaning their own community. The private donations that we receive from the general public enable us to provide this incentive.

Safety Task Force
Tackling the Issue
As the country pushes toward defunding police departments, neighborhoods must take an innovative, holistic, and community-led approach to safety and crime reduction. We work closely with security experts and neighborhood associations to establish a safety task force that is trained in conflict resolution and de-escalation. It's necessary for the task force to be respected and trusted residents of the neighborhood in which they serve.

Community Garden
Making a Difference
Gardening is an activity with a myriad of benefits! It has the potential to bridge generational gaps, reduce stress, and improves one's mood. Edible gardens serve as an oasis in food deserts, making fresh produce easily available for residents. Our team of experienced gardeners can help establish your community garden and teach you andyour neighbors how to maintain it.

Neighborhood Meet & Greets
Tackling the Issue
How well do you know your neighbors? Neighbors that know one another are more likely to look out for each other. Neighborhood Meet & Greets are fun social events designed to help neighbors break the ice and form connections.
